There are just some of the policies I abide by. If you have any questions about any of them, please don't hesitate to ask me.
House Sitting/Pet Boarding:
I do not require a deposit for bookings.
I do not accept clients whose pet cannot be left alone for at least 2-4 hours.
Payments for House Sittings/Pet Boardings are due at least seven days prior to the beginning of the booking by 10PM.
For example, if a booking is scheduled to start September 15th at 1PM, then payment is due by September 8th at 10PM.
If payment is not made by the due date, I reserve the right to cancel the booking and remove the reservation until payment is made.
Recurring Walks/Drop-In Visits:
I do not require a deposit for recurring dog walks or check-in visits.
Payment for all visits for that week are due on the first day of the week (Sunday) by 10PM.
If payment is not made by the due date, I reserve the right to cancel the bookings and remove the reservation until payment is made.
Dog Walks/Check-In Visits:
I do not require a deposit for one-off dog walks or check-in visits.
Payment for service is due before the service starts.
If payment is not made, I will cancel the booking.
Cancellation Policy:
I do not offer refunds on any of the services I provide. Once payment is made for a service, that service will be provided at the date and time agreed upon and no money will be refunded. If there is an unusual or extenuating circumstance, I may choose at my discretion to apply your payment to another booking. If you choose to make changes to your planned stay, and there will be a difference owed to you, it will not be refunded.
Social Media:
I do use pictures of animals in my care for social media and marketing purposes. I never reveal identifying information in these posts, such as where you live or your name. These pictures may include parts of your home in the background. If you don't want me to use your pet/home in any marketing materials, just let me know and I will not do so.
